FLAHERTY, Judge.

Alan Auberzinsky (Claimant) petitions for review from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which denied him benefits pursuant to Section 401(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1 and Section 204(b) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act).2 The Board concluded that Claimant did not have sufficient base year wages under his application for benefits dated January 4, 1998, to financially qualify for unemployment compensation benefits and that Section 204(b) of the Act was inapplicable in this case. We affirm.
