JOHNSEN, Chief Judge.
Three Negro students (16, 13 and 12 years of age) sought, on the ground of existing segregation, to have the court order their immediate admittance to a particular school, in Dollarway School District Number 2, of Jefferson County, Arkansas, without regard to the provisions of the Arkansas Pupil Assignment Law of 1956,1 which was in effect at the time the suit was instituted, or to the-provisions of the Arkansas Pupil Placement Act of 1959,2 which was in effect at the time the action came to trial.
