This is an appeal by the State of Louisiana, through the Division of Administration, from a judgment of the District Court homologating, confirming and making the judgment of the Court the award of the arbitrators in the matter of the arbitration of L.W. Eaton Construction Company, Inc. and the State of Louisiana, Case No. 71-10-0125-78, American Arbitration Association.
