The appellant, Harry S. Streeter, receiver of the Farmers State and Savings Bank, obtained judgment in the circuit court of Kankakee county against Charles Bayhorn and Herman Junker, Sr., for1 $2,529.40, and an appeal has been prosecuted by Streeter as receiver.

Prior to April 15, 1919, Charles Bayhorn was the cashier and a director of the Farmers State and Savings Bank of Grant Park, Illinois. On April 15, 1919, upon an examination of the books of the bank by the Auditor of Public Accounts, the bank was closed because there were…
