In these six cases, which were consolidated for trial, the plaintiff seeks to recover a portion of the duties imposed upon *243importations of kraft paper from Sweden which entered the United States at the port of Jacksonville, Fla.

It is claimed in the protests that the importer made entry of the goods at prices higher than the invoice values under duress; that the -collector refused and declined to accept the entries that were first presented and demanded that new entries be-filed at values representing what the collector claimed were the foreign values of the merchandise; that in…
