Hall, Presiding Judge.

The defendant appeals from the judgment in an action for breach of a lease with a counterclaim for loss of personal property due to the negligence of the landlord’s agents. The parties made the following stipulation: "The cause may be tried by the court upon the basis of the pleadings, interrogatories and answers, without the submission of further testimony either oral or documentary.” The court rendered judgment against the defendant in the amount of $465, plus $69.75 "interest” and court costs.
