MEMORANDUM OPINION
GUIN, District Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to the provisions of section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, [hereinafter the Act], 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), 1 seeking judicial review of a final adverse decision of the Commissioner of Social Security [hereinafter Commissioner], Application for SSI as provided under Section 1601 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq. was filed January 24, 2001. 2 The application was denied.
