The plaintiff, Leslie Rivera, appeals from a Superior Court order denying her motions to (1) vacate a judgment on an arbitration award and (2) allow her to file a rejection of the arbitration award out of time. The plaintiff asserts that the trial justice abused her discretion in ruling that the plaintiffs failure to file a rejection of the arbitration award within the appropriate time limit was not excusable neglect.
