Plaintiff brings this action alleging patent and trademark infringement and unfair competition. Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief and damages. This court’s jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1338 and 15 U.S.C. § 1121.
