OPINION

BISSETT, Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation case. Following a jury trial, judgment was ren*195dered for W. E. Allen, plaintiff, which awarded him weekly compensation benefits for total and permanent incapacity which resulted from a heart attack found by the jury to be the result of an accident received in the course of his employment on December 22, 1969. Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, defendant, has appealed.
