1. Plaintiff, Eaton Manufacturing Company, hereinafter referred to as Eaton, is an Ohio corporation. Defendants Eugene Sibley and Franklin D. Dougherty, trustee, are citizens of Michigan, and reside in this District. Defendant Sibley Rotary Pump Company is a Michigan corporation and has its principal place of business in this District. These three defendants will hereinafter be referred to as Sibley.
