A. INTRODUCTION

ROSARIO CHIAPETTA (“the Debtor”), whose individual voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy yielded a solvent estate as the result of receipt of proceeds of a settlement of certain litigation, has filed certain Objections to the proposed Distribution of his estate’s assets submitted by CHRISTINE C. SHUBERT, ESQUIRE (“the Trustee”).
