Appeal from order, same court and Justice, entered September 12, 2007, which, upon renewal/ reargument, adhered to a prior order denying the petition to vacate the arbitration award and granting respondents’ cross motion to confirm that award, unanimously dismissed, without costs, as subsumed in the appeal from the judgment.
