The plaintiff, Richard Phelps, appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court in this personal injury action following a trial to the jury. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly denied his motion to set aside the verdict in which the *599plaintiff claimed that the court gave the jury an improper instruction.
