On February 6, 2012, the Plaintiff Keith Barbour (“the Plaintiff’) commenced this action pursuant to Social Security Act 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (“the Act”) challenging a final determination by the Defendant, Michael J. Astrue, the Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”), that he was ineligible for Social Security disability benefits. The parties agree that this case should be remanded to the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) assigned to this case. The only dispute is whether the case should be remanded for further administrative…
