Tbis is a suit to recover compensation under tbe Workmen’s Compensation law of Tennessee. Williams’ Code, see. 6851 et seq. Tbe injured employee, Edward Etter, sustained an injury to tbe left side of bis lower abdomen while operating an electric sander upon tbe floor of a building belonging to tbe defendant company.
