OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, Jim Leeper, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Seminole County, Case No. CR-75-145, for the crime of Robbery by Force, After Former Conviction of a Felony. The defendant was sentenced under 21 O.S.1971, § 791, 21 O.S.1971, § 798 and 21 O.S.1971, § 51. At a bifurcated trial the defendant was found guilty of the crime of Robbery by Force in the First Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony.
