MEMORANDUM OPINION
(July 10, 2015)
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Suppress filed on June 5, 2014. The People of the Virgin Islands (the *84“People”) did not file an opposition. The Court held a suppression hearing on September 16, 2014. For the reasons stated below, the motion will be denied.
