This is a Workmen’s Compensation case. Susie Ann Talmadge, appellee, the surviving wife of William N. Talmadge, deceased, recovered judgment in the District Court of Nacogdoches County, Texas, against the appellant, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, for death benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Law of the State of Texas because of the death of William N. Talmadge,' an employee of J. E. Stone Lumber Company. The case was tried before a jury upon special issues and judgment was entered in favor of the ap-pellee on the verdict of the jury.
