FANNING, Justice.

This is a plea of privilege case. Appel-lee, Ethel O. Fawcett, a widow, sued appellants herein in the District Court of Bowie County, Texas. Appellant Thelma Grabes filed a plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas County, Texas, and appellant Walter Grabes filed a plea of privilege to be sued in Harris County, Texas. Appel-lee duly controverted the pleas on various statutory grounds. The trial court, after hearing the evidence, overruled the pleas, and appellants have appealed.
