We have before us preliminary objections filed March 6, 1953, by defendant, Atlantic Freight Lines, Inc., to an amended bill in equity filed February 16, 1953, by plaintiff, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Plaintiff seeks, by this proceeding brought pursuant to section 903 of the Public Utility Law of May 28,1937, P. L. 1053, 66 PS §1343, to enjoin certain transportation by defendant between the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas of Pennsylvania.
