[1, 2] The policy on which appellee brought the suit resulting in the judgment from which this appeal is prosecuted recited that appellant insured appellee, “subject to all the conditions herein contained and endorsed . hereon, from 12:00 o’clock noon, central standard time, of the day (September 19, 1910) this contract is dated, until 12 o’clock noon, central standard time, of the first day of October, 1910, and for such further periods, stated in the renewal receipts, as the payment of the premium specified in said schedule will maintain 'this policy and insurance in force, against the…
