OPINION

Appellant, Butler Supply and Communications Co. (“Butler”), appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Franklin County in favor of Respondents, Citizens Bank of Newburg (“Citizens Bank”), ABP Corporation (“ABP Corp.”), and William C. Morgan, Trustee (“Morgan”), on Butler’s petition to enforce a mechanic’s lien. We affirm.

Butler provides electrical supplies for construction projects. From September of 2002 through February 28, 2003, Butler provided materials at the request of J & C Electrical for the construction of a Comfort Inn in Pacific, Missouri (“the Comfort Inn property”).…
