This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of appellees. Appellants allege the trial court erred in failing to direct a verdict in their favor based upon the Statute of Frauds and that the jury’s verdict is not supported by substantial evidence. We find no error and we affirm.

Appellees were the owners of the Conway Small Engine Company. In February of 1978, appellants purchased the business and changed its name. One of the larger suppliers of the business was the John Deere Company with whom appellants were desirous of but unable to secure credit. The…
