This is an employer’s petition to review a preliminary agreement establishing the employee’s average weekly wage to determine compensation. The trial *540commissioner denied the petition, and on appeal the full commission affirmed the decree of the trial commissioner, one commissioner dissenting. The employer has appealed to this court.
