¶ 1. Shellie Elizabeth Dill was granted a divorce from Ben David Dill in the Chancery Court of Harrison County and was awarded sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s two minor children. Shortly after the divorce, Ben left the United States Marine Corps. About a month later, he found a new job, but his salary was approximately one-third of what he earned during his service in the Marine Corps. Ben subsequently filed a motion for modification.
