This is an action in trespass brought by Esther E. Ebbert and Edwin Lester Ebbert, her husband, against the Philadelphia Electric Company to recover damages for injuries suffered by the wife while she was operating a well known type of electric washing machine and wringer purchased from the defendant and manufactured by Altorfer Brothers Company.
