This is an action instituted by the plaintiff on February 17,1976, whereby it seeks: 1) a permanent injunction restraining the defendants and intervenor from pursuing certain activities which interfere with the operation of the Tabernacle Church of God in Christ, 1502 East 17th Street, Wichita, Kansas, and 2) for a declaratory judgment that certain instruments filed of public record by the defendants are void.
