OPINION

ZLAKET, Justice (Retired).

¶ 1 Appellant Danny Montaño appeals from his convictions and sentences on one count of first degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit first degree murder. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Arizona Constitution, Article YI, Section 5(3), Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) sections 13-4031 and -4033 (2001), and Arizona Rule of Criminal Procedure 31.2(b).
