John B. Lent, claimant herein, received unemployment compensation benefits and exhausted the maximum benefits then due him. Claimant subsequently filed for extended unemployment compensation benefits under the federally funded Extended Benefits Program. The Office of Employment Security determined that the claimant was ineligible under Section 403-A of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L.
