| ¡¡This suit arises out of a redhibition action filed by appellants, MGD Partners, LLC (MGD), and a suit for a deficiency judgment filed by appellee, 5-Z Investments, Inc. (5-Z). In the redhibition action, appellant, MGD appeals the trial court’s judgment, which sustained appel-lee’s peremptory exception raising the objection of prescription.
