In Re Marriage of Tegeler

Petitioner, Paula L. Tegeler, n/k/a Paula L. James, appeals from the trial court’s orders relating to child support due from respondent, Virgil Scott Tegeler. On appeal, she argues that the trial court erred: (1) by ruling that a May 23, 2002, order was final; (2) by denying her petition, pursuant to section 2 — 1401 of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/2 — 1401 (West 2004)), requesting child support retroactive to August 1999; (3) in calculating respondent’s income; (4) by disallowing interest on back child support; and (5) by denying her attorney fees.
