(“Coastal”), Forest Oil Corporation, and ACE American Insurance Company (collectively, “Petitioners”) seek our review of an order of the Benefits Review Board (“BRB”) affirming the determination of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) that Respondent Terry Hudson (“Hudson”) is entitled to benefits under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (“LHWCA” or “Act”), 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq.
