On March 16, 1987, the court held a hearing for the purpose of estimating the tort claim of Donald Baker. Mr. Baker is one of many persons who have filed personal injury tort claims against the debtor, Federal Press Company (“Federal Press”). Federal Press previously objected to all of the personal injury claims and applied to have the court estimate the claims for purposes of confirmation of its plan of reorganization.
