■— In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Becker, J.), entered August 22,1982, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs’ complaint for failure to comply with a conditional order of preclusion, dated February 24, 1982. Order reversed, on the law, with costs, and defendants’ motion for summary judgment granted. Defendants demanded a bill of particulars.
