—In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals (1) from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Dillon, J.), entered August 28, 2001, made after a nonjury trial, (2) from an order of the same court, entered December 18, 2001, which denied her application for an attorney’s fee, and (3), as limited by her brief, from so much of a judgment of the same court, dated *554December 18, 2001, as, upon stated, portions of the decision and upon the order, granted the plaintiff a divorce on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, awarded custody of the parties’ child…
