Defendant, Russell Joseph Squires, was convicted by a jury in the circuit court of Lee County of the crimes of burglary and of larceny. He was sentenced to serve not less than 36 nor more than 3 7 years for burglary and not less than 9 years nor more than 10 years for larceny, the sentences to run consecutively and not concurrently.
