The defendant comes into this court by certiorari to the department of labor and industry to review the findings of the commission by which it was held that the plaintiff was entitled to the benefits of the workmen’s compensation act. The plaintiff, while in the employ of the defendant, was injured by being pressed against a latch on a barn door by a horse belonging to the defendant.
