We granted a rehearing in this cas’e because it appeared that the Court had been led into error by the contention that “the court erred in overruling objections to interrogatories propounded to District Superintendent Hansard, seeking to show that defendant was an interstate carrier, and that the train in which the car in question was' last handled carried interstate commerce.”
On considering these contentions we said:
