This was an action praying to foreclose a judgment lien on nine pieces of land situated in the town of Fairfield. The complaint alleged the obtaining by the plaintiff of a judgment against George D. Chapman; that a judgment lien was duly placed on these pieces of land; that the record title to each and all of them was in Lucia I.
