Quo warranto by Grant Fellows, attorney general of the State of Michigan, on the relation of John C. Lodge, against Edward C. Bryan, Theodore Megges, George McTaggert and Louis Pernot, to determine the title of respondents to the office of supervisors of the county of Wayne.

The constitutional right of the respondents to represent the city of Wyandotte on the board of supervisors, is questioned by quo warranto proceedings, instituted in this court by the attorney general, on the relation of John C. Lodge, chairman of said board. Prior to the 2d day of March, 1911, when the people of Wyandotte voted to adopt a new charter, the city was incorporated under the Public Acts of 1895 as a fourth-class city. Act No. 215, Pub. Acts 1895 (2 How. Stat. [2d Ed.] § 5478). It was divided into four wards, and elected four supervisors, who represented the city on the board. On…
