The record discloses that the Little Rock Cooperage Company brought an action against Hodge, in the superior court of Pulaski county, of this State, upon a judgment which it alleged it had obtained against him in a court of record in the *522State of Arkansas, that court being a court of general jurisdiction, wherein plaintiff had sued Holmes, Orem, and Hodge, partners under the firm name of Holmes & Co.
