This is a will contest. Chas. E. Walter and Katie Hallauer (joined by her husband, Joe Hallauer), a nephew and niece of the testatrix, Sarah J. Guessaz, are appellants here and were contestants below. Appellees are C. A. Goeth, independent executor under the will of Sarah J. Guessaz, deceased, Louis Guessaz, Lillian Guessaz Birkhead and her husband, General Claude V. Birkhead. These parties were contésteos below.
