CATES, Judge.

Smith appeals from a grand larceny conviction carrying a two-year prison term.

Lewis Bates testified that in July, 1967, he broke and entered Clardy’s, an establishment where he had worked that day. He testified:

“Q It was your idea ?
“A Yes, sir.
"Q Who did it with you ?
“A Ed and Larry.
“Q Ed who?
“A Larry Barnett.
“Q Leroy Bui-nett?
“A Yes.
“Q And who else?
“A That’s all. We broke into the place.
“Q You broke into the place first. Is that right?
“A Yes.
“Q What did you get out of there ?
“A Televisions.”
