{1 The Court Clerk of Oklahoma County (Court Clerk) seeks review of the trial court's denial of its motion seeking court costs from the State of Oklahoma ex rel. Department of Transportation (ODOT). Based on our review of the record, the parties' briefs, and the applicable law, we affirm.
