The principal questions involved in this appeal are: (1) Whether a corporation created by act of Congress may, as a matter of right, maintain an action in the courts of this state when the jurisdiction of such courts under the laws of their creation is adequate to the occasion ; (2)- whether such corporation must as a condition precedent to the maintenance of such action comply with laws relating to foreign corporations ;■ and (3) whether the Legislature may exempt such corporation from the necessity of making a cost deposit or giving a bond in lieu thereof.
