The action is in form an action of trespass on the case upon promises.

The declaration alleges that the defendants were desirous of demising and letting the said factory to the plaintiffs; that they were informed by the plaintiffs that the plaintiffs were desirous of the said premises for the purpose of manufacturing buttons, and that it was necessary to have power and steam, in order to carry on said manufacturing business ¡ and that if the said defendants would furnish the said plaintiffs with a good engine and boiler, they, the said…
