On November 1,1976, the circuit court of Rock Island County entered an interim order of divorce in favor of plaintiff, Sally Anne Hulslander, against defendant, Wayne Hulslander. The order reserved for future consideration matters of alimony, fees and property settlement. By suggestion of the court and stipulation of the parties, memoranda were submitted on issues of alimony, fees and property in lieu of evidence in open court.
