Plaintiff-appellant Anthony Mauro appeals from a judgment entered on April 16, 1999, granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Southern New -England Telecommunications, Inc. (“SNET”) on Mauro’s claims of age discrimination, public policy wrongful discharge, and breach of contract. See Mauro v. Southern New England Telecomm., 46 F.Supp.2d 181 (D.Conn.1999).
