Appellee and 15 other firms, claiming to be creditors of tbe firm of B. A. Boone & Son, filed tbeir joint petition in the Hickman circuit court against Boone & Son and Flint Singletary, J. M. Ringo, and J. T. Hile. Eight of the plaintiffs were asserting claims of less than $50 each, while the remaining 8 plaintiffs’ claims were each more than $50, but less than $800.
